This came highly recommended from a friend who runs a kennel, I have had to use it a few times when my elderly dog has had accidents. It worked just like she said it would.

I purchased a number of these books for my daughter who is now deceased. She greatly enjoyed doing these puzzles and they provided hours of entertainment for her. Sometimes we shared the puzzles while waiting in numerous doctor's offices. I kept a couple of them and put them away in a memory box after her death.

My 80 yr old mother is trying to keep her brain active and I knew she loves these kinds of puzzles. I bought this one and she's like a kid with a new phone, can't put it down. She quickly worked through the book and I had to go back and order several more along with maze puzzles. She also liked the fact that it is spiral bound. If it keeps her brain working then I'm all for it!

This has 2 books in 1. I had one like this that was 3 books in 1. Even though I have done this book before, I wanted it again. If you wait a year or two before doing it again, its almost just as hard. I use post-a-note flags to indicate where I find each because at the back of each book it gets harder an you forget how many you have found. Plus, if you set the book down for a day or so you can pick up where you left off.

My mother has a concern that she will get Alzheimers. So this keeps her brain active and she loves this book! This was her favorite of all of the different books I had gotten her. I enjoy it as well. Takes me back to being a kid - Only downturn would be if the pictures were larger. Help the elderly see the picture better - almost like a large print book

Not for sissies, but it not too difficult beginners either. Everyone can enjoy and improve their performance. This book is great. Lots of fun. Adults of all ages & even the younger grandkids wouldn't put it down. I need to get another one already!

Picture Puzzle book is amazing. Full color photos making it easy to see. It starts very easy then gets hard to very challenging. Answers are at the back of the book. Once I finish this book I'm planning to get the other ones from the same brand

About half the kids I work with really like these hidden pictures and do very well with them. The others give up after trying just one and finding it "too hard." I usually help those kids with their first one after they've given up and again, about half of them want to try again on a new one. These claim to be at an elementary level, but my kids are teens who have missed out on several years of school. Some of them have been passed along without actually showing passing grades.I will continue to make brain games puzzles available to the students, because sometimes it helps. Word searches help, too.

I bought this as an activity book for my dad while he was undergoing radiation and chemotherapy. It was just right. It wasn't too challenge and he could put it down when he was tired or not feeling well and pick it up when he had more energy. Thank you for helping me to keep him thinking about something other than his treatments.

Dr. White has been adopted by the hospital staff and spends his days with the young patients, giving special attention to those who are critically ill. His love is often just what is needed to speed their recoveries. One day, a health inspector comes and orders the dog removed from the premises. He is banished to the backyard and he and the children suffer from the separation. The all-too-predictable outcome occurs when the inspector's daughter becomes ill and he finally witnesses for himself the benefits of the animal's attention. Dr. White is restored to his former position and all is well again. The text is simple and direct with illustrations in a pale palette that nicely reflects the quiet mood of the tale. However, the story is predictable and becomes mired in sentimentality that makes its message overwhelmingly obvious. The most ardent animal lovers might find some appeal here; however, most young readers will find it just too sweet. Dr. WhiteI got this book when my son was turning 2, a year ago. At first he looked through the pictures and would listen to me read a little and it has since became his favorite book which he will have me read over and over. I am currently in search of more copies of this book to give to all the children I know. It is the best story ever! I believe that if children hear this story repeatedly throughout their lives then hopefully they will grow up with a kindness to domesticated canines.

I gave this book to my six year old daughter as a Christmas gift. We read it together as a bedtime story and her first reaction was : "I want you to read it again right now!". In fact, she would have liked me to read it several more times that night. It is a beautifully illustrated, lovingly written story about a special dog who helps sick children get well. It touched each of us emotionally without being falsely sentimental. We both found it very interesting that it is based on true events. I certainly recommend it for children from 3 to 8 and feel older children would also find the story interesting. It is a wonderful book to give as a gift.

I bought this book for my daughter's summer reading list. It was a truly touching story, beautifully written and illustrated. My daughter loves animals, and to read about one who truly loves people was wonderful. My family really liked this book.

bought it for my adult cousin; i had not read it, but we both admire Goodall, so i hoped it would be good. my cousin texted she read it immediately and wept. a book that moves the reader - that is a great gift.
